1. Scope
These Terms apply to your use of the mobile application “BrickPartManager” (“App”).
Provider: Kai Uhlig (“Provider”). By confirming the initial consent screen you accept these Terms.
2. Service
The App helps manage and complete brick part lists digitally. Set and part data may come from third parties (e.g. Rebrickable).
The App is not an official LEGO Group product. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
No guarantee of availability, completeness or accuracy of data.
3. Account
Some features require a user account. Keep credentials confidential. Accounts may be suspended for abuse or violations.
4. Licence
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for private use. Commercial use or reverse engineering without consent is prohibited.
5. Liability
Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage for essential contractual obligations.
6. Final provisions
German law applies where permitted. Current version is available offline in the App.
